Cuban entrepreneur delegation 06/11/2023

CEDA hosted a delegation of four Cuban entrepreneurs from June 11-15, in Washington, DC where they shared the impact of U.S. policies on their businesses. The entrepreneurs met with policymakers, the private sector, NGOs, and experts in the U.S.-Cuba policy space. They represented businesses operating in the tech and IT, fashion and lifestyle, film, and cultural sectors. They shared recommendations on how the US can better support Cuban entrepreneurs, including removing restrictions on travel and travel and eliminating onerous bureaucratic processes required for banking transactions and accessing digital platforms.
